Attending the closing ceremony on the side of the Ministry of Public Security were Major General, People's Artist Nguyen Cong Bay - Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee of the Mass Art Festival (NTQC) of the Ministry of Public Security. On the side of Lam Dong province, there were comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc - Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrade Dinh Van Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. On the side of Lam Dong Provincial Police, there were Colonel Truong Minh Duong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee, comrades leading departments, offices and professional departments of Lam Dong Provincial Police.

Attending the summary program were also representatives of the leaders of 16 NTQC delegations from the Public Security of units, localities and the NTQC delegation of Lam Dong Provincial Military Command.

After 4 days of exciting competition, 17 art troupes from units under the Ministry of Public Security, police schools and police of 11 provinces and cities in the Southern region, with more than 900 officers and soldiers - enthusiastic non-professional artists, brought to the audience 87 art performances in the genres of singing, dancing, music and drama; of which, 21 performances were self-composed and newly composed by the authors who are leaders, officers and soldiers in the People's Public Security.

Some traditional songs of the People's Public Security Forces have been invested in by units to be harmonized, arranged, and renewed, blending art forms, regional colors, and the People's Public Security Forces with the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, country, and people.

The song "Waiting for the Rain" - Ninh Thuan Provincial Police's National Defense and Security Group brings the audience a unique experience of the Central Highlands folk culture.

The new point at this Festival is that the Organizing Committee has expanded the participants to attract collaborators and professional actors with contributions to the cultural and artistic activities of the People's Public Security Forces. Along with that, for the first time at the Festival, there is the participation of an art troupe from the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command, creating a diverse artistic picture in terms of form and rich in expression.

At the closing ceremony, some of the best performances were performed, bringing the audience moments of sublimation with heroic and touching melodies about Uncle Ho, the homeland, the country and the People's Public Security Forces and dances imbued with the cultural identity of the Central Highlands. The Lam Dong Provincial Police Department, as the host unit, left a deep impression through elaborate performances, harmoniously combining the local cultural identity and the dedicated spirit of the police officers.

Speaking at the ceremony, People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh - Former Acting Director of the Department of Performing Arts, Chairman of the Hanoi Musicians Association, Chairman of the Jury Council commented: "This performance is not only a success in terms of art but also a vivid demonstration of the spirit of solidarity, creativity and indomitable will of the People's Public Security Forces. The performances clearly depict the image of the Public Security soldiers in both wartime and peacetime, always ready to sacrifice for the peace of the Fatherland and the happiness of the People."

Major General, People's Artist Nguyen Cong Bay - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee awarded Certificates to 15 thematic prizes.

At the ceremony, the Vietnam Dance Artists Association decided to award 13 Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam Dance Artists Association to 9 excellent performances and 4 dance teams that effectively contributed to the program participating in the Festival.

Colonel Truong Minh Duong - Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police presented flowers to the performing troupes.

This year’s festival left its mark with many works by authors who are police officers and soldiers. The soldiers have not only made great efforts in their professional work but also composed many songs about Uncle Ho and the People’s Public Security Forces. Some authors have accompanied the art programs of the People’s Public Security Forces through many festivals.

Comrade Nguyen Thai Hoc - Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Major General, People's Artist Nguyen Cong Bay - Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work of the Ministry of Public Security presented the A prize to the delegations.

At the end of the festival, 4 NQQC Groups from Lam Dong Provincial Police, Ho Chi Minh City Police, Mobile Police Command and Dak Lak Provincial Police won the award for excellent art programs.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan and Colonel Truong Minh Duong awarded the B prize to the delegations.

Six Artistic Delegations from Phu Yen Provincial Police, Kon Tum Provincial Police, People's Security University, Lam Dong Provincial Military Command, Emulation Group No. 8 of the Ministry of Public Security and the People's Security Academy achieved good art programs.

Colonel Le Hong Phong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police awarded the C prize to the delegations.

The troupes of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, Binh Thuan Provincial Police, Ninh Thuan Provincial Police, People's Police College II, and People's Police University achieved good art programs. The troupes of Ba Ria Vung Tau Provincial Police and the troupes of Dak Nong Provincial Police made great efforts to participate in the Festival.

For the performance awards, the Organizing Committee also awarded 18 excellent performances; 26 good performances, 33 fair performances and 15 certificates for thematic awards to outstanding and promising actors; outstanding actors with many contributions and overcoming difficulties; authors with new, quality songs on the topic of the People's Public Security Forces; performances that excellently performed the topic of the People's Public Security Forces studying and following the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho.

The 13th Public Security Art Performance in Lam Dong is not only an artistic event but also a strong affirmation of the role of culture in building a regular, elite, and modern Public Security force. The melodies, dances, and stories told through each performance will remain in the hearts of the audience, like an epic about the brave and humane secret police soldiers in the fight against crime, helping those who have made mistakes to return to normal life, contributing to the cause of building our country to be strong and enter a new era, an era of national growth.
