Economic & Urban Newspaper won the C prize for "Beautiful Newspaper Cover"

Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of March 8, the Organizing Committee of the At Ty Spring Press Festival - Hanoi 2025 held a closing ceremony and awarded the prizes for "Good articles about Hanoi" and "Beautiful newspaper covers", "Impressive exhibition booths" to Central and City press agencies.

Attending the closing ceremony were journalist Ho Quang Loi, former Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association, President of the Hanoi Journalists Association To Quang Phan.

After 2 days of opening (March 7-8), the At Ty Spring Press Festival - Hanoi 2025 took place successfully. The press festival attracted a large number of members of the press association, readers, collaborators, the press public and people of the capital to visit and learn at the exhibition booths, press publications, photos and books about the capital Hanoi. Thereby, creating an atmosphere of exchange between readers and reporters and journalists from central and city press agencies.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the "Good articles about Hanoi" prize to 14 authors from central and city agencies. This is an award that has been maintained by the Hanoi Journalists Association for many years. With the desire to honor good and typical works and articles written about all aspects of the political life of the capital, of sectors and levels such as: Major policies, key tasks of the city, typical advanced collectives and individuals, good people, good deeds; socio-economic development, preserving customs, traditional beauty of the elegant, civilized and gallant Hanoians; famous historical sites of Thang Long-Ke Cho land, Hanoi with a thousand years of culture, Heroic City, City for Peace and Creative City.

Kinh te & Do thi Newspaper won the "Good article about Hanoi" prize for the work "Making Hanoi Capital develop strongly and comprehensively" by author Tran Ha and the C prize "Beautiful newspaper cover".

The Organizing Committee of the At Ty Spring Press Festival - Hanoi 2025 also awarded the "Beautiful Newspaper Cover" prize to 14 units. Of which, 8 press agencies won the Encouragement prize; 3 press agencies won the C prize including: Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, Hanoi Moi Newspaper, Kinh te & Do thi Newspaper; 2 agencies won the B prize including Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper, Lao Dong Thu Do Newspaper and 1 agency won the A prize which is Nhan Dan Newspaper. 2 units Hanoi Library, Hanoi Radio and Television were honored to have "Impressive exhibition booths".

In his closing speech, Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi Journalists Association Kieu Thanh Hung thanked the companionship and cooperation of the units so that the Hanoi Journalists Association could successfully organize the At Ty Spring Press Festival - Hanoi 2025, creating a good impression on the capital's public and international friends; especially the 9 Hanoi press agencies and 5 Central press agencies. This is a stepping stone for further preparations towards the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.

According to the plan of the Organizing Committee of the Spring Press Festival, the Hanoi Journalists Association, along with the press agencies of the capital and the central press agencies, ministries and branches participating in the Spring Press Festival, will present the border guards with the Spring and Tet newspapers of At Ty 2025. This is a spiritual but very meaningful gift from the journalists of the capital and the central press agencies, ministries and branches at the Spring Press Festival of At Ty - Hanoi 2025.
