In this year's exam, Thai Binh province has nearly 21,000 candidates registered, of which 1,423 candidates will take the exam for graduation, 18,906 candidates will use the results to apply for university and college. The Department of Education and Training will organize the exam at 35 locations with 896 rooms, 76 waiting rooms and 35 spare exam rooms; mobilize over 3,000 people from the education sector to participate in the exam according to the regulations of the exam. The work of ensuring traffic safety and order (ATGT) at the exam locations has been prepared by the functional sectors, contributing to the best preparation of conditions for the exam to take place safely and smoothly.

Traffic police remind parents to park their vehicles neatly in front of the exam site at Le Quy Don High School.

In order to ensure traffic safety and order for the 2023 high school graduation exam, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee has issued a document requesting the Department of Transport to implement solutions to facilitate travel for candidates and their families at all exam locations in the province; direct passenger transport businesses to proactively increase vehicles, improve capacity and service quality to better serve the travel needs of candidates and their families during the peak days of the exam. Review and fully supplement the road signaling system, focusing on key traffic areas and exam locations; coordinate with functional forces to guide and direct traffic to ensure traffic, avoid traffic jams at key intersections, bus stations, and exam locations.

The provincial police have plans to organize forces to ensure security, order and traffic safety in the province; direct the traffic police force to coordinate with other functional forces to regulate and divide traffic. At the same time, provide professional guidance to the volunteer youth force and militia to coordinate and be on duty at key locations, bus stations, and exam venues to promptly guide candidates and their families in moving to the exam venue safely and conveniently. Along with that, the Traffic Safety Committees of districts, cities and towns preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize the clearance of violations of encroachment on sidewalks, roadsides, curbs, and traffic safety corridors on key traffic routes and around the exam area. Review, fix, and promptly repair damaged and degraded traffic routes, and fix locations with potential traffic safety risks in the management area.

Thai Binh City has 3 high school graduation exam sites at Thai Binh Specialized High Schools, Nguyen Duc Canh High School and Le Quy Don High School with a total of over 2,400 candidates. The City Police have developed and implemented plans to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and public order, while mobilizing forces and police from communes and wards to review and grasp the situation, ensuring absolute safety for the exam. To ensure traffic safety, the Traffic Police Team, City Police has mobilized the maximum number of traffic police to strictly and effectively carry out the tasks of patrolling, controlling, and handling violations of traffic safety and order; promptly arranging forces to clear up traffic accidents and congestion, especially at key traffic hubs and exam site areas, ensuring smooth and safe traffic.

The forces coordinate to ensure security, order and traffic safety at the examination sites.

Not only in Thai Binh city, the work of ensuring traffic safety for the high school graduation exam is of special concern to localities. For this year's high school graduation exam, Thai Thuy district has 5 exam sites at high schools: Dong Thuy Anh, Tay Thuy Anh, Thai Ninh, Thai Phuc, Diem Dien with a total of over 2,700 candidates.

Captain Do Van Ket, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Team, Thai Thuy District Police, said: The District Police determined that the number of candidates and parents participating in traffic during the admission days will increase, causing high traffic density on the roads. The Team has a plan to review all complicated traffic points; coordinate with communes, towns, and youth volunteers to promptly resolve traffic incidents, not to affect traffic order and safety, especially at exam sites.

Along with the careful and active preparation of the authorities, each citizen and student needs to raise awareness and responsibility to comply with the Road Traffic Law to ensure that the high school graduation exam and university and vocational education entrance exam in 2023 take place safely, seriously and effectively.
