The content of monitoring and evaluation indicators on agriculture, farmers and rural areas includes concepts, calculation methods; main groups; publication period; data sources and agencies responsible for collection and synthesis as prescribed in Appendix II.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with ministries, branches and localities to monitor, urge and synthesize information from relevant ministries and branches, report to the Government on the implementation of this Decision; collect and synthesize statistical information for assigned indicators.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment (General Statistics Office) collects, synthesizes statistical information and provides the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with information on the implementation of assigned indicators; provides guidance on professional implementation of the Ministry's monitoring and evaluation indicators on agriculture, farmers and rural areas.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and relevant agencies collect, synthesize statistical information and provide the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with information on the implementation of assigned targets.
The People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities direct provincial departments, branches, and sectors and district People's Committees to coordinate in collecting information on indicators of this set of indicators.
