Arsenal expected to sign 5-year contract with Declan Rice
The Express reports that Arsenal owners are ready to splash out a huge fee to sign West Ham captain Declan Rice.
The England midfielder is expected to leave at the end of the season but West Ham have no intention of selling Declan Rice for less than £100m.
Declan Rice has been linked with a number of big clubs, including Man City and Man United. However, Arsenal are said to be leading the race, with manager Mikel Arteta considering the Three Lions star his priority target.
The Gunners' plan is to make an offer for Declan Rice to West Ham in early September, with a huge fee in the region of £92m being prepared with the promise of paying the bulk of it up front.
The club is also preparing a 5-year contract with a huge salary of 300,000 pounds/week for Declan Rice.
Arsenal's current transfer record is the £72m signing of winger Nicolas Pepe in 2019, who is currently on loan at Nice.

Real Madrid to re-sign Luka Modric and Toni Kroos and extend Vinicius Junior
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano updates Real Madrid: The club is set to announce new contracts for two veteran stars, Luka Modric and Toni Kroos.
According to this person, both Luka Modric and Toni Kroos will sign for another year, until the summer of 2024. In addition, Real Madrid is expected to also confirm the extension with Vinicius Junior.
Luka Mordic, 37, and Toni Kroos, 33, are both entering the latter stages of their careers, with their deals at the Bernabeu set to expire at the end of the season.
Because of their loyalty and great contributions to Real Madrid over the years, both deserve to be kept, as coach Ancelotti once affirmed.

MU provides large budget for player transfer in Summer 2023
Mundo said that after waiting anxiously, coach Erik ten Hag received good transfer news: MU will give him a large budget to spend this summer.
The above source confirmed that coach Erik ten Hag is ambitious to have the Barca duo: Ronald Araujo and De Jong.
MU pursued De Jong almost the entire summer transfer window last year but was unsuccessful. The former Ajax midfielder himself only wanted to stay at Nou Camp, rejecting Barca.
