NDO - On July 10, in Hanoi, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense held the Military-Political Conference for the entire army in the first 6 months of 2024. Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister attended and directed the Conference; General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense chaired the Conference. Also attending were representatives of leaders of ministries, branches, and central agencies.
