Attending the meeting were Party Central Committee members: Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Prime Minister; Le Khanh Hai, Head of the Office of the President; General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Lai Xuan Mon, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Doan Minh Huan, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.
