On November 23, AB InBev Vietnam was ranked in the top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam in 2023 for the fourth consecutive time. At the conference, AB InBev Vietnam was honored to rank 37th in the industry and 10th in the consumer goods industry. In addition, AB InBev Vietnam was named for the first time in the top 15 enterprises with Happy Human Resources in the medium-sized enterprise sector.
Best Places to Work in Vietnam is a prestigious working environment ranking organized annually by Anphabe (a pioneering consulting unit on Employer Branding and Happy Workplace solutions) with the sponsorship of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and verified by Intage Vietnam to ensure fairness and objectivity.
The ranking is based on the results of an objective survey of 63,878 experienced workers from 18 occupational groups and 9,638 students from 113 universities nationwide conducted from April to September 2023. The survey aims to measure the employer brand attractiveness of 752 businesses, while updating the latest trends in talent, human resources and working environment in Vietnam.
