On the afternoon of June 27, 9,635 candidates from Ha Nam who registered for the 2023 High School Graduation Exam were present at 23 examination sites to complete the examination procedures. All candidates were strictly informed of the new regulations in the 2023 examination regulations.

Candidates are only allowed to bring into the exam room the following tools: Pens, pencils, compasses, erasers, rulers, calculators without text editing functions, no memory cards; Vietnam Geography Atlas for Geography.
At the same time, the exam supervisors reminded the students to participate in traffic safety, eat and live hygienically, and stay healthy to achieve the best results in the exam. The exam procedures took place quickly in cool weather, to ensure time for candidates to rest and stay healthy for the Literature exam tomorrow morning, June 28.
In the 2023 High School Graduation Exam, Ha Nam has 9,635 candidates registered to take the exam, including 8,178 high school candidates and 1,457 continuing education candidates. The number of candidates taking the exam for graduation purposes only is 42. The number of candidates taking the graduation exam and using the results for university admission is 9,312. The number of candidates who have graduated from high school and secondary school participating in the exam (for university and college admission purposes only) is 281.
According to the Department of Education and Training, the number of candidates registered to take the Literature exam tomorrow morning is 9,549; Math is 9,517; Physics is 3,032; Chemistry is 3,040; Biology is 2,998; History is 6,522; Geography is 6,518; Civic Education is 4,988; English is 7,968; Russian is 5; Chinese is 29; Japanese is 12; Korean is 5.
The province has 23 examination sites with 419 examination rooms, 60 waiting rooms, and 46 spare examination rooms. The examination site with the most examination rooms is A Phu Ly High School, with 30 examination rooms. The examination site with the fewest examination rooms is Le Hoan High School, with 9 examination rooms.
10 exam sites have candidates from Continuing Education, including Phu Ly A High School (candidates from Ha Nam Vocational College); Phu Ly B High School (candidates from Northern Irrigation College and Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary and High School); Phu Ly C High School (candidates from Ha Nam Continuing Education and Vocational Guidance Center and Secondary and High School I); Duy Tien A High School and Duy Tien B High School (352 candidates from Duy Tien Town Continuing Education and Vocational Training Center); Ly Nhan High School and Bac Ly High School (249 candidates from Ly Nhan District Continuing Education and Vocational Training Center); Kim Bang A High School (candidates from Kim Bang District Continuing Education and Vocational Training Center); Thanh Liem A High School (candidates from Thanh Liem Continuing Education and Vocational Training Center and Ha Nam Technology Vocational College); Binh Luc A High School (candidates from Binh Luc Continuing Education and Vocational Training Center).
Tomorrow, June 28, in the morning, candidates will take the Literature exam in essay format, with a duration of 120 minutes, from 7:35 to 9:35. In the afternoon, candidates will take the Math exam in multiple choice format, with a duration of 90 minutes, from 14:30 to 16:00.
