The 2024 HDBank National Futsal Cup is organized by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) in collaboration with the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF). The matches of the tournament will take place at Lanh Binh Thang Stadium (HCMC) from December 8 to December 17. The participating teams are Thai Son Nam HCMC, Thai Son Bac, Sahako, Hanoi, Tan Hiep Hung HCMC, Saigon Titans HCMC, Luxury Ha Long and Tre HCMC.
The tournament rules stipulate that the 8 teams are divided into 2 groups of 4 teams each, playing a round robin to score points. The first and second teams in each group will advance to the knockout round to compete for the championship. Meanwhile, the 2 third-placed teams will compete for 5th place, and the 2 bottom teams in each group will compete for 7th place.
The 2024 National Futsal Cup has 8 participating teams.

Over the years, the tournament has brought many quality matches, creating attraction for fans, contributing to promoting the futsal movement in Vietnam, with the clearest evidence being the Vietnamese futsal team participating in the World Cup twice. With the efforts of the organizing committee and the careful preparation of the clubs, we believe that this year's tournament will bring success, welcoming good and attractive matches.
With the strength of the existing press system, VOV and VFF will coordinate more closely in the 2024 National Futsal HDBank Cup season to create greater influence for the National Futsal tournaments, thereby contributing to bringing Vietnamese Futsal to new heights."

The Vietnam Football Federation believes that with the cooperation of Voice of Vietnam and HDBank, the 2024 National Futsal HDBank Cup will receive the attention and support of a large number of fans and demonstrate the professional progress of the matches, thereby creating a competitive environment to find many talented players for the National Futsal Team towards key goals in the coming time."
In recent years, the National HDBank Futsal Cup has been widely broadcast on major television channels nationwide in the Voice of Vietnam system such as: VTC Digital Television, VOVTV Television Channel. In 2024, in addition to VTC and VOVTV, the National HDBank Futsal Cup will be broadcast on a group of specialized sports television channels including: SCTV15 (Sports) and SCTV17 (S Sport). The implementation of this cooperation agreement between VOV and SCTV will help spread the image and brand of the tournament, bringing Futsal closer to the public, an important milestone showing the continued strong development of the tournament.
Continuing to focus on communication methods through social media platforms in the 2024 season, the Organizing Committee has expanded the reach of the public, especially young audiences, contributing to promoting the sports movement in general and Futsal in particular nationwide.
