The survey system of the Provincial Department, Branch, and District, Town, and City Competitiveness Index (DDCI) of Ha Tinh province in 2023 received 767 evaluation forms from enterprises, cooperatives, and business households in the province.
Staff of the Center for Enterprise Development Support and Investment Promotion in Ha Tinh reviewed the survey system.
DDCI is a set of indexes to assess the competitiveness of provincial departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities. In Ha Tinh, DDCI will be implemented from 2021.
2023 is the second year of conducting the survey. DDCI Ha Tinh conducted an assessment of 24 provincial departments, branches and sectors and the People's Committees of 13 districts, towns and cities with a survey scale of more than 2,000 enterprises, cooperatives and business households.
The DDCI index has 8 component indexes for departments, agencies and sectors including: Transparency and access to information; Dynamism and effectiveness; Time costs; Informal costs; Fair competition; Business support; Legal institutions and security and order; Role of the head. For the district-level People's Committee block, in addition to the 8 similar indicators above, a 9th indicator is added, which is Access to Land. |

According to the plan, the Provincial Center for Enterprise Development Support and Investment Promotion will synthesize and announce the survey results by the end of December 2023. The survey results are a valuable source of information to help the province and the business community monitor together to improve the investment and business environment and the management capacity of provincial agencies and localities.
