(GLO)-The Office of the Investigation Police Agency of Gia Lai Province Police has just issued Official Dispatch No. 1274/VPCQCSDT-D2 to the Department of Justice and the Provincial Land Registration Office requesting to notify notary offices in the province to temporarily stop transferring assets of Mr. Dang Hong Ha (born in 1980, residing in Chi Lang Ward, Pleiku City) because of the accusations of 3 households that he had committed fraud and property appropriation.
Accordingly, 3 households including Mr. Kring and his wife (born in 1953, residing in Plei Brel village, Bien Ho commune, Pleiku city), Mr. Chien's household (born in 1985, residing in Phung village, Bien Ho commune, Pleiku city) and Mr. Phuk and his wife (born in 1961, residing in Gla commune, Dak Doa district) filed a complaint against Mr. Dang Hong Ha for fraud and property appropriation.
According to the complaint of the households, from 2017 to October 2022, taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge of the law, Mr. Ha used deceitful tricks, providing false information to trick households into giving him their land use right certificates (LURCs) to help with the procedures to change the LURCs from the old ones to the new ones.

After obtaining the land use right certificate, Mr. Ha told the households to sign the procedures to make the change or help to borrow money, but in fact, they signed the land transfer contracts for Mr. Ha or in the name of other individuals he designated. Due to not understanding the procedures and documents, the households signed the transfer contracts and went to the notary office to do the procedures to change the name to Mr. Ha.
After receiving the complaint from the victims, to serve the investigation, the Office of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency sent an official dispatch requesting the Department of Justice and the Provincial Land Registration Office to coordinate in notifying notary offices and relevant agencies in the province to temporarily suspend transactions of buying, selling, donating, mortgaging... for the plots of land that people accused Mr. Ha of fraudulently appropriating, including: plot of land No. 258, map sheet No. 21, in Broi village, Gla commune, Dak Doa district; plot of land No. 6, map sheet No. 70, in group 8, Yen The ward, Pleiku city and plot of land No. 2, map sheet No. 48, in Phung village, Bien Ho commune, Pleiku city until receiving comments from the Gia Lai Provincial Police Investigation Agency.
