Therefore, Yen Bai province has developed and put into use the Yen Bai provincial public service application version on mobile phones and smart devices to facilitate people and businesses to perform online. Thereby, improving the quality of administrative procedure reform, contributing to the construction of e-government.
Submitting documents via the Online Public Service Portal helps organizations and individuals to do it 24/7, anywhere with an Internet connection, without having to go directly to a state agency to receive a form in order, waiting for an officer to receive the documents as before. With Level 3 Online Public Service, organizations and citizens can register documents online anytime, anywhere, look up information about procedures and document status quickly and conveniently.
With level 4 online public services, in addition to being able to register online anytime, anywhere, users also receive results of administrative procedure settlement sent by post, users will pay fees, charges, and postage according to regulations (if any).
To help people access more easily the implementation of administrative procedures through the online public service portal, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center has coordinated with VNPT Yen Bai to put into use the Yen Bai Provincial Public Service application on phones and smart devices with many utilities.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Deputy Director of Information Technology Center, VNPT Yen Bai said: Installing and using DVC application on the phone is very easy. Users just need to search for the application on the service store of the smartphone device to download the application, then register an account according to the instructions. The target audience is all people in the province, with a variety of devices and levels of knowledge.
"Therefore, the main interface of the application is designed to be simple and highly personalized with clear instructions for use so that people can easily search, submit and look up the process of resolving all administrative procedures of users on their phones," said Mr. Hung.
According to statistics, up to now, in the province, up to 80% of adults have smartphones. Therefore, the deployment of the DVC application of Yen Bai province is of great significance in increasing the rate of people using online DVC. Therefore, immediately after being completed and launched, localities have actively deployed propaganda, guiding people to install and use it.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Cong in village 3, Dao Thinh commune, Tran Yen district shared: "I was instructed to install the DVC application on my mobile phone, I found it very convenient, submitting documents via this application will reduce travel time. I can register additional business lines on the application on my phone anywhere without having to go to the District Public Administration Service Department".
Mr. Tran Tri Dung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center said: "Currently, the Center is coordinating with localities to promote propaganda and guide people to exploit and use the Yen Bai Provincial Public Service application as well as actively coordinating with telecommunications units to deploy the provision of digital signatures for people so that users can conveniently perform public services on the network environment quickly and effectively."
Promoting the use of online public services on mobile phones is a great effort of Yen Bai province to create more convenience for people and businesses when carrying out necessary procedures, contributing to promoting administrative reform, gradually building a professional and modern administration.
