TASA Group Joint Stock Company is a construction materials manufacturing enterprise established in 2013 in Thuy Van Industrial Park, Viet Tri City. Up to now, the Company has 8 production lines, capacity of 24 million m2/year with a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND; creating jobs for nearly 1,000 workers with an average income of more than 11 million VND/person/month.
Ms. Ta Thi Minh Thu - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union shared: Caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees is always given special attention by the unit. The Company's Trade Union proactively consults and dialogues with the Board of Directors to build collective labor agreements (CLAs), while at the same time implementing well the regimes and policies on wages, social insurance, health insurance, labor protection; timely paying salaries and welfare regimes to employees.
During holidays and Tet, the Company always provides allowances, bonuses... all wishes and questions of employees are always listened to and resolved thoroughly, fairly and democratically by the leaders. Therefore, employees are very assured in production, competing in labor, increasing productivity, contributing to the overall success of the enterprise.
The harmonious relationship between enterprises and employees has long been considered a driving force for development. Adjusting the arising issues in labor relations, limiting labor disputes, and building quality collective labor agreements that are suitable for reality are conditions that contribute to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of employees, while building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
In 2024, nearly 80% of production and business units and enterprises will organize labor conferences; 86% of units and enterprises will organize dialogues at the workplace; over 90 units and enterprises will sign, amend, and supplement the Collective Labor Agreement with contents more favorable to employees than those prescribed by law.
In enterprises with problems in labor relations, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Trade Union and relevant sectors and levels have proactively grasped the situation, met and exchanged opinions from both sides, organized dialogues between employers and employees, and coordinated with business leaders to find appropriate solutions to stabilize the situation and ensure the rights and interests of employees.
Comrade Pham Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs said: To protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees, every year, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Trade Unions at all levels in the province have coordinated with competent agencies to inspect, examine and supervise at units and enterprises the implementation of regimes and policies for employees in order to promptly detect and propose solutions to limitations and shortcomings in the implementation of laws on labor, wages, social insurance, etc. The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has proactively guided enterprises to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the new situation; organized propaganda conferences at units and enterprises on related Laws; received, assessed, issued notices, confirmed labor regulations, negotiated and signed collective labor agreements.
In the coming time, to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, all sectors and levels will continue to promote the dissemination of the Party and State's guidelines, policies and laws on labor relations to all classes of people, employees and employers to create consensus in implementation; promote advocacy work, implement negotiations and sign collective labor agreements to promote harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
