The company's leaders promptly developed an investment plan to develop a system of retail gasoline stores with modern technical facilities according to the 5S gasoline store standards (screening, arrangement, cleanliness, care, readiness), improving the quality of sales services at retail stores and continuing to build a workforce that meets Petrolimex standards of "responsibility - enthusiasm; optimism - trust".

In addition, the company has promoted the trading of other goods with Petrolimex products and services effectively and ensuring capital safety. Up to now, the company has a system of 48 gas stations, 5 gas and lubricant stores distributed widely throughout the province, fully meeting the needs of production, consumption and national defense and security in the area. Every year, the average retail labor productivity increases compared to the beginning of the term, the unit continues to maintain its leading role in the provincial market with a market share of about 48%.
In order to improve competitiveness, the company has innovated and modernized its facilities and equipment for business. Information technology continues to receive investment attention and is a powerful support tool for business operations and management. The company has deployed the application of the group's programs, such as: Intelligent management reporting system (BI); input invoice control storage system; online order system (SMO); cashless payment, and resolutely implemented the electronic invoice issuance program. Smart information management applications such as the customer care program application on the mobile application platform (Petrolimex ID) ... to better meet the trust and satisfaction of customers for the products.
To ensure safe and effective business operations, along with strengthening the self-defense force and fire prevention and fighting teams, the company has invested in fully equipping fire prevention and fighting equipment at the facility; organized fire prevention and fighting training for direct employees with high results; improved the quality of the "Three Safety" unit model in the direction of "self-management - self-prevention - self-protection". In particular, the company has implemented employee insurance policies fully and promptly. During the past term, the unit has paid insurance premiums for employees in the amount of VND 35,185 billion. Employee income has been increasingly improved. The average income in 2024 reached more than VND 15 million/person/month, an increase of 43% compared to the number implemented at the beginning of the term.
