No overcrowding at vaccination sites in Da Nang

Mr. Vo Thu Tung - Deputy Director of the City Health Department said that due to the erratic weather, the flu is highly contagious and spreads quickly, so families are afraid and rush to get vaccinated. Therefore, in recent days, the number of people coming to get vaccinated against the flu has increased, causing some vaccination sites to be crowded.

According to statistics, from February 1 to February 10, 2025, vaccination facilities in the city have administered 10,849 doses of influenza vaccine. Of which, local congestion only occurred at facilities of VNVC Vaccination Center and Long Chau 134 Vaccination Center; the remaining facilities are operating normally.

In Da Nang city, there are currently more than 20 vaccination facilities with seasonal flu vaccines, with enough vaccines to meet the needs of the people.
