Vu Thuy Linh and "The Pure Copper Thread"

Musician Luu Quang Minh commented that Vu Thuy Linh is very conscious of cultivating knowledge in many fields, something that few singers can do.

Not choosing the path of the majority, Vu Thuy Linh follows her own way - turning paradoxes into reason, bringing her own color with "Tỏ đồng Thánh Thột".

In this special album, the female singer brings to the listeners the Xam "Cong cha ngai me sinh sanh", Quan ho "Lung lieng", Cheo "Luyen nam cung", Chau van "Cau Nam suoi Lan". She chose original folk songs and sang with a symphony orchestra. The youthfulness in her voice and the classical and modern arrangements of musician Luu Quang Minh made familiar folk songs new.

Musician Luu Quang Minh commented that Vu Thuy Linh is very conscious of cultivating knowledge in many fields, something that few singers can do. Linh is diligent in learning and is very determined to perform the best work. In "Tieng to dong thanh thot", Vu Thuy Linh does not sing with a strong folk color, nor does she show too clearly the "color" of chamber music, this makes the difference in Linh's music.

Right after "Tơ đồng Thánh Thột", Vu Thuy Linh was invited by musician Huy Tuan to attend the Ho Zo program, a large international music festival in Ho Chi Minh City in December 2024.
