To continue the growth momentum in 2024, Vietnam International Bank (VIB) is recruiting 1,200 customer management (RM) positions and other positions in 34 provinces and cities, providing candidates with opportunities to develop their careers and income.

VIB said that to continue growing 25% - 30% per year for key retail business targets, the bank is focusing on recruiting positions: customer manager (RM, 1,000 people), priority customer manager (PB), sales director (SM).
Recruitment targets focus on 31 provinces and cities where the bank has branches such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Can Tho, Da Nang, Hai Phong...
At the same time, the bank also focuses on recruiting in some new areas during this period such as: Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Vinh Long, Tien Giang, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Ha Tinh.

Leading retail bank, growing strongly in scale and efficiency
Identifying retail as an inevitable trend and a core strategy, in the 10-year transformation journey 2017-2026, VIB focuses on building a strong management system, high and sustainable growth, maintaining a top position in many core business segments.
The bank currently has 9,100 sales staff out of a total of nearly 12,000 employees at more than 200 branches, transaction offices and business centers covering 31 key provinces and cities across the country.
In its expansion plan to meet growth needs, the bank plans to open 10-15 new business units each year, aiming to build a network of 250 branches/transaction offices in the next 3-5 years, while expanding its presence in new provinces and cities.

Decide your own income, conquer a salary of hundreds of millions
Without imposing a ceiling on targets and paying salaries in the traditional way, VIB applies a flexible income mechanism, based on each individual's contribution level (Contribution Linked Pay - CLP).
With this mechanism, each RM registers his/her own personal targets and goals, thereby directly determining his/her income level. All contributions are recorded as corresponding income, without limits and without requiring any level of approval.
In 2024, the bank recorded an average income of over VND60 million/month for the best RM group. In particular, some top sales staff earned over VND100 million/month. This success comes from the outstanding contributions and excellent performance of each individual.

With the CLP mechanism, all RMs' work and achievements are recorded on the system. This is the database for the bank to compare, check achievements and consider salary increases automatically for each RM on a quarterly basis and consider appointment to a higher position based on achievements in the last 2 quarters.
