Director Chanh Truc is still working hard in his career as an actor and a stage director. He also teaches young actors at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Theatre and Cinema and Truong Hung Minh Art Theatre. Last year, he participated in the play "Comrade" (author Le Thu Hanh, director People's Artist Tran Ngoc Giau, Quoc Thinh - Ho Chi Minh City Theatre Association) at the Ho Chi Minh City Theatre Festival, which brought him an individual gold medal.
Before that, a large audience came to watch and cheer the message about the value of faith in the hearts of revolutionary soldiers, comrades who always stand side by side and are a solid support for the younger generation to follow, true to the two words "comrade".
The play was invited by the Busan Theater Association to perform in Korea this year, promising to be a destination to promote the script that experts highly appreciate from its staging to its deeply humane content.

As a director, Chanh Truc has a youthful rhythm, because he constantly updates and brings spring into his plays, while creating many emotions for the audience. In his creative career, he has staged many plays of all genres, working with many generations of skilled artists.
Although he has built up a reputation, he always admits that he must constantly learn and update new things from the young generation of actors. "To make bold decisions in composing and staging, the artist himself must practice and learn. I always believe that with the flow of spring and the constant efforts of today's generation of artists, the Ho Chi Minh City stage will have many young actors who will create a position in 2025.
For many years, I have been invited by the Lao Dong Newspaper to participate in the Mai Vang Award Art Council, a prestigious award that has had a remarkable journey of over 30 years. I have realized that the public is always interested in the young human resource factor.
The evidence is that the faces of stage, film and music actors are nominated and voted to become new factors and the Mai Vang statue is given to them, which means giving them trust and love to join the creative spirit in the new era" - director Chanh Truc shared.

What he is most interested in now is participating in training young human resources for the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Association, where he will be associated with the Ho Chi Minh City Small Stage Drama Theater (5B) to pass on his valuable experiences to the young generation of actors.
Meritorious Artist Vu Xuan Trang is a director after having made many impressions as an actor. From stage to cinema, he is a bright face when experts mention the acting ability of artists specializing in villain roles.
As the son of the best actor of Tran Huu Trang Theater - the late Meritorious Artist Minh Chau, Vu Xuan Trang followed his father's footsteps and brought about the fruits of his artistic labor through many good roles on the Hong Van Drama stage and later on the Xom Kich stage - where he and his wife - artist Hoang Thy, worked hard to create.

In terms of staging techniques, Vu Xuan Trang is a guarantee for creative search that brings new values in terms of form and content. The plays he staged and is performing during the Lunar New Year At Ty season such as: "Alas, so funny", "The one who lost his soul", "Sleepwalking"... all create space for young actors.
"I always create opportunities for the actors to blend in with the character's breath and bring in emotions to convey the passion for art to the audience through the character. And the young actors have realized their responsibility to contribute to creating a unique style for Xom Kich.
I hope they will progress in the new year, because after the Ho Chi Minh City Theater Festival, two actors from the Drama Village received individual awards, and before that, at the National Young Drama Actor Talent Competition in Hanoi organized by the Department of Performing Arts, Thanh Phuong was an actor from the Drama Village who won the A prize, which is the result of the young force that we have worked hard to build" - Meritorious Artist Vu Xuan Trang shared.

It is the passion of a dedicated director that has allowed Vu Xuan Trang to reap the sweet fruits of his training. He has made many sacrifices in building the stage because he had to cover the losses with his own money, but he has never complained, but only knows how to create his own path, and the audience will accept it.
That is the spirit of the citizen artist of the artist who always passes on to the juniors the ethics of working seriously like the previous generation.
