"During the last few days of Tet, every day the technical staff actively went to the garden from early morning to take care of the melon plants. Before that, the engineering team carefully selected good seeds, planted them, and fertilized them so that the melon plants would be healthy and produce quality melons...
It is expected that around January 10, farmers in Chapor farm will harvest about 3 tons of melons.

According to Mr. Hoang Dinh Huy, the recent Tet melon harvest was the first harvest of Chapor farm and the melon growing process here has been certified by the authorities according to Global Gap standards.
Before Tet At Ty - 2025, Mr. Huy and farmers at Chapor farm harvested more than 10 tons of melons. All were sold wholesale to medium-sized suppliers at an average price of 40,000 VND to 45,000 VND/kg, but supply could not meet demand.
This source of melons is then transferred by suppliers to supermarkets and large restaurants nationwide to sell at higher prices, so the output is very stable...

Tourists enjoy the mountainous scenery of Bac Ai

Bringing 30 billion VND from the city to the forest to grow melons
Mr. Hoang Dinh Huy used to be a lecturer at a large university in Ho Chi Minh City. A few years ago, while visiting his wife's hometown in Ninh Thuan, Mr. Huy happened to read information about Ninh Thuan province's leaders "rolling out a flower mat" to invite investment in clean agriculture.
Mr. Huy spent nearly 2 years traveling across the agricultural land of Ninh Thuan province to find a place to invest, but he did not find any satisfactory place!
By chance, from a trip to Chapor waterfall, when passing Tra Co lake, Mr. Huy was impressed by the beautiful scenery so he decided to convince his family to contribute capital to clean agriculture.

Mr. Huy has brought more than 30 billion from Saigon to Ninh Thuan to invest in high-quality agriculture, turning himself into a real farmer of the sunny and windy region. With this large amount of money, everyone is sure that Mr. Huy will recover his capital in the near future, creating jobs for local people.
To have clean water for the automatic irrigation system, Mr. Huy pumped water from Tra Co Lake to 3 artificial reservoirs on the hilltop for filtration. Every day, engineers measured the water content to meet the standards before putting it into the automatic pumping system to water the plants and melons.
Mr. Huy imported this modern automatic pumping system from abroad to meet the needs of high-tech agricultural development, especially growing melons, durians, passion fruit, etc.

According to Mr. Huy, Chapor farm currently has Chapor Gold (yellow) and Chapor Gem (green) melon lines. These are melon lines with delicious sweetness, favored by consumers and stable output...
On the remaining area, Mr. Huy planted about 7.5 hectares of durian, which is now over 1 year old and growing very well. In addition, Mr. Huy also planted about 5,000 square meters of passion fruit with about 1,200 trees and is currently sowing.
Although just started, Huy's Chapor farm has created stable jobs for about 15 local workers, with a stable monthly income.
