The festival aims to honor Hue Ao Dai, Vietnamese Ao Dai, affirm the brand "Hue - Capital of Ao Dai", contribute to promoting Hue culture associated with promoting and developing tourism. At the same time, step by step effectively implement the project "Hue - Capital of Ao Dai".
The festival program includes activities such as the launching ceremony and the bicycle parade with the banner of Hue Community Ao Dai Week 2023, organizing a pilgrimage, offering incense and flowers to Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, organizing a parade on 23/8 Street before entering the Imperial City to attend the gratitude ceremony, offer flowers and incense at Trieu To Temple.
