According to the indictment, at around 12:30 p.m. on December 14, 2024, Nhut drove a car carrying his biological mother, wife and child to Tu Du Hospital (Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1) for a medical examination. When his relatives entered the hospital, Nhut drove the car to park.

Because he could not examine his child, Nhat's wife called him to drive back. When Nhat arrived in front of Tu Du Hospital, there were many cars stuck behind.

At this time, Mr. TTT rode his motorbike to the door of Nhut's car to talk, but Nhut could not hear clearly what Mr. T. said.
