On February 20th, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee, signed a decision approving the acceptance of a project to support the popularization of digital skills in Da Nang City, funded by The Dariu Foundation (Switzerland).
The project aims to enhance the computer skills and programming teaching capabilities of city IT teachers, expand access to computers and new programming languages, contribute to improving the quality of human resources, promote national digital transformation, and narrow the digital skills gap between rural and urban students.
The project also encourages innovation and design thinking among students by establishing innovation spaces, funding activities for programming clubs, and organizing technology exchange playgrounds.
Specifically, within the framework of the project, equipment such as 420 laptops (including 300 domestically purchased, used laptops with appraisal certificates) will be provided to 17-19 schools.
We sponsored 40 firefighting robots and 2 VEX V5 robots for 15 programming clubs in 15 schools.
