Regarding the case of supercar dealer Phan Cong Khanh (Khanh Super, 30 years old, from Ben Tre, residing in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City), on February 9, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department issued a wanted notice for Huynh Xuan Van for the crime of Fraudulent appropriation of property.
Huynh Xuan Van (34 years old, from Ben Tre, residing in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City) is the Deputy Director of K Suppe Company Limited, directed by Phan Cong Khanh. At the end of November 2023, the Investigation Police Agency issued a decision to prosecute the accused and an order to temporarily detain Van, but this person fled his residence.
In June 2023, Phan Cong Khanh contacted and borrowed from Mr. LHP (born in 1992, residing in Kien Giang province) 2 cars, Mc Laren and Mercdes G800 Brabus, to display at the opening of Khanh's Showroom on June 8, 2023. Because they knew each other before, and both cars were purchased from Khanh, Mr. P. trusted and agreed to lend Khanh the cars. At that time, the original car registration papers were on both cars.

Because they needed money to pay off their debts, Phan Cong Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van discussed and agreed to sell the Mercedes G800 Brabus. Using fraudulent means about the car's ownership, Van contacted and got Mr. THP's consent. On June 13, 2023, Van signed a car sale contract for 24.5 billion VND.
After the car loan period expired, Mr. P. repeatedly contacted Phan Cong Khanh to get back the two cars, but Khanh deliberately delayed. On June 30, 2023, Khanh returned the McLaren car to Mr. P. As for the Mercedes G800 Brabus, Khanh and his accomplices sold it to someone else.
Through the media, Mr. LHP learned that Phan Cong Khanh and his accomplices were prosecuted and detained by Ho Chi Minh City Police for fraud and property appropriation, so he filed a complaint against Khanh and his accomplices.
In July 2023, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the accused, arrest Phan Cong Khanh for the crime of Fraudulent appropriation of property; prosecute and arrest Mohamach Da Pha (27 years old, from An Giang) for the crime of Abuse of trust to appropriate property.
During the investigation, Ho Chi Minh City Police received many complaints accusing Khanh and his accomplices of defrauding tens of billions of dong.
Previously, the investigation agency received a report from Ms. LNTH (born in 1991, residing in Thu Duc City) accusing Khanh of fraud.
In the petition, Ms. H. wrote that she bought a McLaren supercar with license plate 51F-821.xx for 10 billion VND. Ms. H. let her sister living in Hanoi be the owner of the car under the authorization contract.

Through social relationships, Ms. LNTH got to know Phan Cong Khanh and asked him to help her sell the car. In early March 2023, Khanh told Ms. H. that if she wanted to sell the car, she should bring it to Khanh's showroom because there was a customer who wanted to buy it. The car owner agreed.
On the afternoon of March 9, Khanh called an employee to Ms. H's house to take the car to Khanh's K-Super showroom (Tran Hung Dao Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1) to sell. At this time, Ms. H. handed over the car without giving Khanh the vehicle registration.
On May 23, Khanh needed money to pay off his debt and redeem the Mercedes G63 he had mortgaged, so he lied and asked Ms. H. to show the car papers to customers, but in reality, there were no buyers. Khanh's purpose was to get the original car papers so he could mortgage them for a loan. Because she believed Khanh, Ms. H. gave the car papers to Khanh.
Phan Cong Khanh gave the luxury car and all the documents to Mohamach Da Pha (a collaborator in Khanh's showroom) to pawn to Dang Minh Huy (32 years old, living in Binh Tan district) for 2 billion VND. The mortgage interest rate is 2%/month, term is one month.
