Sharing on social network X, Minister Yerlikaya said that the raids have been carried out over the past 10 days in 27 provinces and cities nationwide.
Those arrested are accused of having links to the Gulen organization - a group that the Turkish government accuses of being behind the July 15, 2016 coup.
According to investigators, the suspects were accused of using public phones to communicate with key figures and using the encryption application "Bylock".
During the raids, authorities seized a large amount of foreign currency, Turkish Lira, and many important documents and digital devices.
The Gulen Organization, named after Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen - who died in September this year in the US - is accused by the Turkish government of being the mastermind behind the 2016 coup that killed more than 250 people.
On the night of July 15 and early morning of July 16, 2016, in the capital Ankara, there was a rebellion by groups of soldiers that the government called a military coup attempt. The coup was carried out by a group of about 50 military officers supported by Turkish army and air force units.
Local media reported that there was a split within the military leadership over the coup. The rebels had the support of only some army and air force units, while the special forces under the General Staff sided with the government.
Most of the attacks targeted the National Assembly and the Presidential Palace.
