Previously, the Organizing Committee had received nearly 70 articles from cadres, lecturers and students in the school. The articles were all carefully and meticulously researched, clarifying the theoretical and practical values ​​of the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, of Party building, and of fighting against the plots of “Peaceful evolution”, “Self-evolution”, and “self-transformation” within the Party.

Many articles are related and applied to teaching, practice of building staff, building organizations in agencies, departments and units in the school. Through research, debate and based on the practical situation, the Organizing Committee has selected 36 articles of good quality to be published in the conference proceedings.

Speaking at the seminar, Colonel Vu Duy Hai emphasized: The seminar has great significance, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the extensive political and ideological activities on the content of the book "Resolutely and persistently fight against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in the Party Committee and the whole school. This is an opportunity to raise awareness, strengthen the trust of cadres, party members and students in the leadership of the Party; is the basis for determining the content and measures to build a comprehensively strong agency, faculty and unit, building a team of cadres and party members with sufficient qualities and capacity to perform their tasks well.

After the seminar, the Party committees, Party organizations at all levels and the team of cadres and Party members continued to do a good job of propaganda so that the content of the work spread widely to a large number of soldiers in the whole school; at the same time, the content of the work was put into teaching and fighting against wrong views, firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation, contributing to building strong organizations, agencies, units, and "Revolutionary, regular, modern, standardized and integrated" schools in the current period.
