Accordingly, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education is responsible for reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee and relevant ministries and branches to organize the handover and reception of learners, personnel, finance, assets, facilities, equipment and related documents of Gia Lai College of Education according to the provisions of law.

According to the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education Branch in Gia Lai province on the basis of Gia Lai Pedagogical College will contribute to maintaining and expanding the scale of training; meeting the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training as well as the needs of teacher training and human resource development for Gia Lai province in particular and the Central Highlands region in general.
