The Finance and Budget Committee pointed out that a number of ministries, branches and central agencies, after being assigned new working offices, did not hand over the old facilities to local management, such as: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Public Security, and Government Inspectorate.

According to Nguoi Dua Tin, although ministries, branches and central agencies have new, spacious headquarters, they have not yet handed them over to Hanoi City for exploitation and use.
