Special book exhibition "Spring Epic 1975"

Delegates visit the exhibition.

The exhibition displays and introduces more than 500 publications arranged according to two themes. The first theme is "The Great Victory of Spring 1975 - Historical Events", providing readers with information and documents on the establishment of the main army corps of the Vietnam People's Army in preparation for the General Offensive and Uprising of Spring 1975; key battles in the Central Highlands Campaign, Thua Thien - Hue Campaign, Da Nang Campaign and the developments of our army's attacks on 5 directions into Saigon... This theme also introduces many memories of generals about the battle to liberate Saigon; liberating and mastering the sea and islands of the Fatherland in the spring of 1975. The second topic is "Can Tho - 21 years of fighting against the US to save the country", introducing geographical documents about the 21 years of resistance against the US to save the country of the army and people of Can Tho, the peak of which was in the last days of April and early May 1975, when all localities in Can Tho province and Can Tho city were liberated, and peace returned to the homeland.

Thematic book exhibition "Spring 1975 Heroic Song" serves readers from April 15 to May 15 at Can Tho City Library (29 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District).
