Implementing Party building work achieved many important results

DTO - Implementing the 2024 Work Program, the Standing Committee of Cao Lanh District Party Committee focused on leading and directing the implementation of political and ideological education; organization and cadres; inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline in the area, achieving many important results.

The Standing Committee of Cao Lanh District Party Committee has led the implementation of political and ideological education work well; regularly informed and propagated major events, holidays and anniversaries of the country, the province and the district. Organized a conference to review 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01 dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 of the 12th Politburo in conjunction with praising and rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; introduced 2 collectives and 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and were commended and rewarded at the provincial and central levels. At the same time, directing grassroots Party committees to organize discussions on resolutions, conclusions, and specialized plans of the province and district in Party cell activities. As a result, 275 Party cells organized 2,427 discussion sessions with 10,796 discussion opinions.

Implementing Plan No. 279 dated September 27, 2014 of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Directive No. 35 of the 13th Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the Cao Lanh District Party Committee has issued a plan for implementation to the District Party Committee members and grassroots Party Committees. In addition, it established sub-committees on personnel, documents, service organizations and support groups for the sub-committees; selected the Ba Sao Commune Party Committee and the People's Procuracy Party Cell to organize a model congress at the grassroots level and the Tan Hoi Trung Commune Party Committee to organize a model congress to directly elect the Party Committee Secretary. The work of reviewing, evaluating and classifying the quality of collectives and individuals in the political system from the district to the grassroots level in 2024 is in accordance with regulations; 45/52 grassroots Party cells and grassroots Party Committees have met the "Four Good" criteria; Rewards for 10 grassroots party organizations and 920 party members who have excellently completed their tasks in 2024, 61 party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years, 4 party cells who have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years; proposes that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee reward 1 party cell and 12 party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 5 consecutive years (2020 - 2024).

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and its subordinate Party Committees inspected and supervised 89 Party organizations and 108 Party members. Of which, the Standing Committee of the Cao Lanh District Party Committee inspected and supervised 13 Party organizations and 8 Party members; the grassroots Party Committees inspected and supervised 76 Party organizations and 100 Party members (an increase of 2 Party organizations and 14 Party members compared to 2023). The Inspection Committees at all levels supervised 29 Party organizations and 55 Party members (an increase of 4 organizations and 1 Party member compared to 2023). The inspection and supervision contents are the implementation of Party resolutions, directives, regulations, working regulations, and the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities.

The results of inspection and supervision showed that party organizations and party members basically performed well the contents of inspection and supervision, with some limitations that were corrected and required the development of a plan to overcome them. In general, the inspection and supervision work had many positive changes, the contents and objects of inspection and supervision were focused and key, closely following the political tasks of the locality and unit, contributing to building a clean and strong Party.

In 2025, the Standing Committee of Cao Lanh District Party Committee will continue to lead and direct the effective implementation of Conclusion No. 01 dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo, continuing to implement Directive No. 05 of the 12th Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and the 2025 Special Topic. Monitor, update, and promote the dissemination of good models, new ways of doing things, typical collectives and individuals; improve the quality and effectiveness of implementing the "Party members' handbook following Uncle Ho's example". Strengthen the effective implementation of Conclusion No. 21 dated October 25, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation". Along with that, Resolution No. 21 dated June 16, 2022 of the Party Central Committee on strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period; Resolution No. 28 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods over the political system in the new period.
