Producer Nemo Tran said that Trang Phap removed the hashtag but still used 80% of the beat he produced to put into another song called "Ba Trap".
After releasing a new product called Bé Trap , Trang Phap has been constantly facing trouble. On the evening of December 23, producer Nemo Tran spoke up to accuse the female singer of cutting his hashtag in the Bé Trap beat without his consent.
According to Nemo Tran, 2 years ago, Trang Phap contacted this producer and asked him to produce a beat for the song. And the 3 working principles this producer set were: Do not arbitrarily edit beats without asking for permission; Do not collaborate with other producers when making beats; Do not make beats without the hashtag "Nemo's beat is pure love". However, Nemo Tran affirmed that Trang Phap violated all 3 during the process of working with him.

Nemo Tran added that the official music version posted by Trang Phap on music sites used 80% of the beat he made but the hashtag was cut out. Even if he received money or was credited in the MV information, the producer would not accept that.
“On October 29, she begged me to send her the multitrack data file of the beat to ask her to 'edit it a little bit to make it more suitable for the MV'. This of course violated the second principle. Anyone who is creative and has their own way of thinking does not agree with others interfering with their personal creativity, because to be honest, it is a bit insulting to the profession. Not everyone in the profession would agree to touch my beat. I also respected her because I thought if the beat did not change much but was suitable for her wishes, then it would be fine, as long as she kept my hashtag because it is my intellectual property,” Nemo Tran said.
He added: “On December 15, she informed me that she would cut the hashtag. It was a notification, not a proper request or begging like the previous times. I also responded harshly that I did not agree, because it was too much to work with me and violate all 3 of my principles. I requested that if she did not include the hashtag, she could remake a new beat with another producer. She apologized and promised to fix it according to my request. I also sent back the vocals of the hashtag right away even though it was already in the original file I sent last time. Adding this hashtag did not take even 1 minute.”
However, according to Nemo Tran, when the MV was officially released, the hashtag he requested was still not included by Trang Phap's team. The producer confirmed that he had never agreed to let Trang Phap use the beat so freely through any form of agreement, from text messages to direct meetings...
The producer asked Trang Phap and the company to remove the song from all platforms until the matter was resolved. Otherwise, he would publish all work messages exchanged between the two parties.
