Tra Vinh has 3 teachers appointed as professors and associate professors.

On December 12, according to information from Tra Vinh University, the school has just held a ceremony to present the decision of the State Council of Professors on recognizing the titles of professor (GS) and associate professor (PGS) in 2023.

Accordingly, Tra Vinh University has 3 teachers recognized as Professors and Associate Professors, including: Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, Professor of Cultural Studies; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Associate Professor of Economics, Dr. Pham Thi Phuong Thuy, Associate Professor of Agriculture.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, Rector of Tra Vinh University, acknowledged the efforts and contributions of teachers in the process of formation and development of Tra Vinh University.

This is the first time Tra Vinh University has held a ceremony to announce the title of Professor, which is an honor for the school and affirms the tireless efforts of each individual Professor and Associate Professor. Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa hopes that teachers will continue to promote their roles well, contributing to the development of Tra Vinh University and being an example for generations of teachers to follow.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Phuong Thuy, Deputy Head of Scientific Research Department, received the decision to recognize the title of Associate Professor.

Prof. Dr. Pham Tiet Khanh, Chairman of the Board of Tra Vinh University, shared: "From the very first days of its establishment, the challenging and difficult task of Tra Vinh University was to have a team of human resources with academic titles and degrees that meet the standards and development strategies. Thanks to the consensus of each individual and the solidarity of the collective who always make every effort, up to now, Tra Vinh University has gradually affirmed its position as a trustworthy place to study and is recognized and cared for by society."
