With the spirit of “Discipline and Unity”, the company’s staff, workers and employees are determined to strive for an alumina output (converted) of 185,000 tons or more in the first quarter of 2025. Alumina consumption output is 175,000 tons or more.
The company continues to do a good job of site clearance compensation, preparing for stable and long-term production areas. In particular, coordinating with the locality to strive for the area of clean land to be handed over for exploitation in the first quarter of 2025 to reach 18 hectares or more.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, highly appreciated the results that Dak Nong Aluminum Company has achieved over the past decade.
The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor emphasized that in the coming time, the company will continue to promote the initiative and innovation movement, and improve the application of science and technology in production.
The company's union continues to innovate and improve operational efficiency. In particular, the company currently has nearly 50% of its employees working from far away places, so they need to be regularly visited, encouraged, and concerned about working conditions to unite in labor and production.
Labor safety also needs to be paid more attention by the company to ensure the health of workers and maintain stability in production and business activities.
“The company’s leaders continue to pay attention to supporting and harmoniously sharing benefits between the business and the employees. At the same time, they urge, promote and motivate employees to actively participate in emulation movements,” said Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu.
Next, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu presented gifts to Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV and 12 workers with outstanding achievements in the past year.
On this occasion, TKV Trade Union awarded the decision to recognize the position of President of Dak Nong Aluminum Company Trade Union - TKV, term II, 2023 - 2028 to Ms. Bui Thi Dien, Vice President of the Company's Trade Union.
In 2024, with many flexible management solutions, the converted alumina production output of Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV reached 692,500 tons, equal to 106.5% of the plan; profit reached 112 billion VND, reaching 373% of the plan.
