Therefore, for many years, the province has always paid attention to preserving, protecting, honoring and developing festival cultural values, directing and implementing seriously, contributing to building a civilized lifestyle.   festival in the community

Up to this point, many traditional festivals in early spring in localities in the province have been organized, such as: Tien Cong Festival (Quang Yen Town), Yen Tu Spring Festival (Uong Bi City), Ngoa Van Spring Festival (Dong Trieu City), Cap Tien Temple Festival (Cam Pha City), Lang Da Communal House Festival (Ba Che District), Dong Dinh Festival (Tien Yen District)...

For many years, Quang Ninh has always been considered a bright spot in the organization and management of festivals in general, especially spring festivals. Accordingly, closely following the direction of the province and the cultural sector, localities have seriously and systematically implemented the organization of festivals to ensure solemnity, civilization, economy, safety and efficiency. Most of the spaces of temples, pagodas, places of worship and festival spaces are clean, beautiful and safe; traditional elements are preserved and maintained to ensure the fine customs of the nation; security, order, traffic safety, and fire prevention are strengthened; people and tourists basically comply with regulations at places of worship.

Shops in front of Long Tien Pagoda are neatly displayed, without encroachment on the street.

According to Long Tien Pagoda or Duc Ong Tran Quoc Nghien Temple (Ha Long City), although these are not large-scale temples and pagodas, the number of people visiting and worshiping during Tet is quite large, but there is no jostling or pushing. Temples and pagodas all arrange forces to support and guide people to comply with regulations in offering offerings, praying, burning votive paper to ensure environmental hygiene and prevent fires and explosions.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tho (Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City) shared: Going to temples and pagodas in the spring is a beautiful cultural feature, so every word and action must be appropriate, complying with the regulations in places of worship to suit the sacred and solemn atmosphere here. On the other hand, I think that in every family, it is also necessary to have guidance and role models from adults so that young people have the right awareness and behavior when going to temples to ensure civility and politeness.

The donation reception area at Cua Ong Temple (Cam Pha City) is neatly and politely arranged.

At the special national historical relic site of Cua Ong - Cap Tien Temple, in the early days of spring, the green, clean and beautiful space has been renovated, creating a solemn and sacred cultural and spiritual space, bustling and exciting for people and tourists to come and visit the spring festival. The Management Board of the relic site has regularly broadcast propaganda to raise visitors' awareness in preserving the relic and surrounding landscape. Security and order forces, traffic flow are on duty 100%, promptly handling any arising issues.

As a key location for organizing spring festivals in the province with Yen Tu spring festival lasting for 3 spring months, right before, during and after Tet, the city has stepped up screening and implementing measures to ensure safety for tourists and people attending the festival. Along with the ceremony that must comply with traditional regulations and be organized solemnly, the festival part is also focused on, aiming to build a unique cultural and spiritual tourism product, creating opportunities for visitors to learn and experience.

Mr. Pham Xuan Thanh, Head of the Department of Culture and Information of Uong Bi City, said: The Department of Culture and Information of the city has coordinated with other departments to organize guidance and inspection of cultural activities and cultural service businesses in the area; promote propaganda about the cultural beauty and significance of Yen Tu Spring Festival to the people and tourists. Thereby, contributing to helping the festival truly become a bond connecting the community, an opportunity for people to return to their national roots, remember the merits of their ancestors, contribute to propagating and educating the traditions of their homeland and country to the younger generation.

The guide chooses polite clothes when going to Cua Ong temple.

In order for the festival to be truly joyful and healthy, in addition to the management, propaganda and mobilization responsibilities of the authorities and local governments, it is important to raise awareness and voluntarily implement civilized lifestyles and general regulations at the festival by the people and tourists themselves. From throwing garbage in the right place, choosing clothes to wear during the festival to polite, cultured and appropriate behavior, it is the way each person shows respect for themselves, the community and those around them.

Going to pagodas or festivals at the beginning of the year are always associated with good traditional and humane values. And these values can only be fully achieved and continue to spread in life when the community joins hands and builds a civilized and healthy lifestyle.
