A survey by Dan Tri reporters of some users experiencing 5G service were all impressed with the data transmission speed, making web surfing, watching movies, playing games or downloading documents and applications smooth and fast.
However, many users still cannot understand why when 5G mode is turned on, their smartphones get warm and the battery life drains faster.

Mr. Manh Quan, a photographer in Hanoi, shared: "When using 5G service, I was surprised by the data speed, especially when watching high-resolution 4K movies, it was smooth and sharp even when rewinding the video content with almost no delay. Especially when I uploaded photos to drive, iCloud showed a much faster speed than 4G network.

Sharing the same opinion with Mr. Manh Quan, Mr. Pham Tien (office worker in Hanoi) expressed that the 5G network helps him play high-graphic online games without network lag.
However, Mr. Pham Tien, using iPhone 15 Pro Max, felt the back of the device getting warm when 5G mode was turned on: "When the phone is in 5G mode, even when I'm not using it, I still feel my device getting hot."
Obviously, using 5G network shows much faster data transmission speed, but if users only use basic tasks such as accessing websites, listening to music, using social networks, they will not see much difference compared to 4G network.

Le Ngoc Anh, a third-year student of the Faculty of Tourism, Hanoi University of Industry, said: "I am interning at a travel company, often taking tourists on tours and when livestreaming (broadcasting live), posting videos or images on fanpages, the 5G network helps to post quickly, stream videos smoothly, display sharply and have low latency."
The experience of Dan Tri reporter when using 5G network to download a game application over 1GB shows that when using 5G, it only takes nearly 1 minute to complete, while 4G network has a download time of up to more than 4 minutes.

For using 5G network to play online games like Lien Quan, using 5G network gives Ping parameter of 58ms, helping users have a relatively stable Internet and gaming experience.
