On behalf of the provincial leaders, departments, branches, provincial level and Vinh city, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation expressed deep gratitude to wounded soldier Nguyen Huu Canh. He devoted his youth to the struggle for national liberation and reunification and left a part of his flesh and blood on the battlefield. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee wished wounded soldier Nguyen Huu Canh good health and spiritual support for his family.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed: Nghe An is a land rich in revolutionary tradition, with many contributions in terms of human and material resources to the struggles for national liberation and national reunification. The whole province has over 45,000 martyrs, many of whom have not yet been found and have not yet been identified by name or hometown; nearly 53,000 wounded and sick soldiers and thousands of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.
Today's and future generations always remember and pay tribute to the sacrifices of heroic martyrs; wounded and sick soldiers - those who spent their youth fighting and serving in combat, leaving a part of their bodies on the battlefields, for the sacred Fatherland, for the independence and freedom of the country, and the happiness of the People.

The delegation also visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Le Thi Sau, 102 years old, in Block 13, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City. Heroic Vietnamese Mother Le Thi Sau gave birth to 3 children; 2 of whom heroically sacrificed their lives in the resistance war against American imperialism.

On behalf of the delegation, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation thanked the sacrifice of Heroic Vietnamese Mother Le Thi Sau - who "carried and gave birth to her children", worked hard to raise her beloved and precious children and when they grew up, dedicated herself to the Fatherland to build peace and unify the country.

Expressing her emotional feelings for the silent sacrifice of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Le Thi Sau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh promised that all levels and sectors would always try their best to work and contribute to building the country and Nghe An homeland to become more and more developed, and the people's lives to become more and more prosperous and happy.
