(To Quoc) - On March 14th, the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Binh province announced that it will cooperate with Bolt Event Company to organize the Quang Binh International Marathon, which will take place in Dong Hoi City in July 2024.
The Quang Binh International Marathon is part of a series of activities commemorating the 420th anniversary of the formation of Quang Binh province, the 75th anniversary of Quang Binh's uprising, and the 35th anniversary of the province's establishment. This event not only creates a sporting arena to connect the community but also has a positive impact on tourism in the locality.

According to Mr. Le Phu Son, Deputy Director of the Quang Binh Department of Culture and Sports, the sports and running movement in Quang Binh province has developed rapidly and strongly in recent times.
Running clubs in Quang Binh province are expanding, attracting more than 300 athletes, and this will be a strong contingent participating in this year's Quang Binh International Marathon.
“The Quang Binh International Marathon 2024 is a large-scale event. We will do our best to coordinate with departments, agencies, and event organizers to prepare the facilities well to serve the runners, and we hope that athletes will have many beautiful memories when they come to Quang Binh.”
