According to the report, implementing the loan from Project 1881/QD-UBND dated August 17, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee on "Improving the quality of public passenger transport by bus in Binh Duong province in the period of 2018-2020", Phuc Gia Khang Company Limited Branch has invested in 25 new vehicles using environmentally friendly fuel such as CNG gas to improve the quality of public passenger transport services on the Thu Dau Mot - Dong Xoai route. However, for many years, the demand for bus travel of people on the Thu Dau Mot - Dong Xoai route has been low, only 08/25 vehicles are exploited according to Project 1881, the remaining 17 vehicles are lying in the yard and are deteriorating.

To avoid wasting State budget borrowed assets and losing enterprise borrowed assets, the Company proposed the Provincial People's Committee to approve the use of 10 unexploited vehicles from Project 1881 to operate on the new Thu Dau Mot - Tan Van - Mien Dong Bus Station bus route (15 vehicles continue to operate on the Thu Dau Mot - Dong Xoai route).

According to the representative of the Department of Construction, the approval for the Branch of Phuc Gia Khang Company Limited to use 10 vehicles that are not operating under Project 1881 to operate the Thu Dau Mot - Tan Van - New Eastern Bus Station route will support the enterprise to increase revenue, pay off provincial budget debt, and at the same time help people, officials, civil servants, and students to travel more conveniently and easily, especially between areas of Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Minh Tri affirmed that the demand for public transport of people, students and pupils to travel to Ho Chi Minh City to work, study and receive medical treatment is very high.

At the same time, the Thu Dau Mot - Tan Van - New Eastern Bus Station route has been built in Project 1881, not a new route, the Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved the enterprise to exploit the Thu Dau Mot - Tan Van - New Eastern Bus Station route to solve the travel needs of the people.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments to promptly provide guidance and create favorable conditions for businesses to soon exploit the above bus route.
