Find relatives for abandoned newborn in Mong Cai

According to the People's Committee of Hai Hoa Ward (Mong Cai City), on June 6, people discovered an abandoned newborn baby girl and reported it to the local authorities.

Specifically, at around 11:50 p.m. on June 6, while it was raining, a family in alley 116A, Tran Quoc Tang street (next to branch B, Hai Hoa Primary School) discovered a blue plastic basket in front of their gate, inside the basket was a baby girl about a week old and a note with the words "Please help raise the baby, thank you".

Upon discovering the incident, the family informed the neighborhood leaders and local authorities. The parties drew up a record and carried out the required procedures.
