4-month-old baby boy abandoned on the side of the road in the cold

(NLDO) - A 4-month-old baby boy was found abandoned on the side of the road on a cold night.

On the morning of January 5, a representative of the People's Committee of Huong Son Commune, Tan Ky District, Nghe An Province, said they were looking for relatives for a 4-month-old boy abandoned in the area.

Earlier, at around 11pm on January 4, a local resident suddenly discovered a 4-month-old baby boy abandoned on the side of the road in the middle of a cold night. Upon receiving the report, the authorities of Huong Son commune arrived to complete the procedures and took the baby to the commune health station to warm him up and check his health.

At the time of discovery, the baby boy was wearing a white and yellow sweater, brown sweatpants, a yellow hat, wrapped in a wool blanket, with a bottle of still warm milk and some personal belongings.

Currently, the boy has been handed over to the commune health station for care.

People discovered the baby and were planning to adopt him.

The local authorities have announced to find the child's relatives. If the family does not come to claim the child within 7 days, they will carry out adoption procedures according to the law.
