In 2024 alone, the Hospital will pay a subsidy to attract high-quality human resources for 1 resident doctor (150 million VND). Thanks to that, when it was first established (in 2022), the Hospital only had 18 doctors, but now the Hospital has up to 60 doctors.

At the same time, there were more than 200 training sessions at hospitals such as Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital, Bai Chay Hospital, Provincial General Hospital, with specialized programs on testing, electrocardiography, digestive endoscopy... p coordinated with the Provincial General Hospital to organize training on knowledge and skills in emergency cardiac arrest and airway control.

Accordingly, in 2024, the Hospital will carry out 18 department-level scientific and technological projects and 7 technical innovation initiatives. The provincial-level scientific research project led by the unit "Overview of intraocular injection technique with Ranibizumab (Lucentis) in the treatment of diabetic macular edema" was accepted with excellent results by the Provincial Science Council. The Hospital continues to register for 1 provincial-level scientific and technological task: "Research on the effectiveness of applying transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of stress-related sleep disorders using a polysomnography machine at the Geriatric - Rehabilitation Hospital in 2024-2025" and has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for implementation.
