The provincial delegation offered incense at the Memorial of the revolutionary predecessors.

The provincial delegation was led by Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council. The delegation included comrades: Nguyen Hung Vuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen The Giang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches; and leaders of Son Duong district.

The late Vice President Nguyen Luong Bang was born into a poor, patriotic Confucian family in Dong village, Thanh Tung commune, Thanh Mien district, Hai Duong province. He grew up in a country enslaved and people in misery, but he always had a patriotic spirit and early nurtured the will to break the yoke of oppression and exploitation. When he met President Ho Chi Minh and was enlightened about the path to national liberation, he quickly became an indomitable communist soldier, wholeheartedly sacrificing for the cause of national liberation.

At 75 years old, with more than half a century of revolutionary activities under the banner of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the great President Ho Chi Minh, Comrade Nguyen Luong Bang is a shining example, a typical senior leader devoted to national independence, freedom and happiness of the people. He was posthumously awarded the Gold Star Order by the Party and State for his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

Tuyen Quang is always proud of the years of association with comrade Nguyen Luong Bang and his care. In Tuyen Quang, he was the first person assigned by the Party to be in charge of finances for the Party and the Viet Minh Front during the urgent years of preparation for the August Revolution. In August 1945, at the Party's National Conference held in Tan Trao, Tuyen Quang, he was elected as an official member of the Party Central Committee.

On August 16 and 17, 1945, the Tan Trao National Congress elected him to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam National Liberation Committee. Comrade Nguyen Luong Bang's activities and contributions to the revolution in Tuyen Quang made an important contribution to the victories of the August Revolution in 1945 and the resistance war against the French colonialists. As Vice President of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, he always paid attention to and encouraged the development in all aspects of the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in Tuyen Quang province in the cause of building and firmly defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

Before the spirit of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang and other revolutionary predecessors, the provincial leaders vow to forever have faith in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam; vow to follow the revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho; spend their lives studying and following the example of President Ho Chi Minh, comrade Nguyen Luong Bang and other revolutionary predecessors; strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, unite and join hands to build the homeland and the country to develop more and more, and for the people to have a prosperous and happy life.
