According to the telegram, the Prime Minister requested that the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities take full responsibility for junior high school and high school enrollment and pay attention to preparing well the conditions for organizing enrollment and completing the announcement of the enrollment plan for the 2025-2026 school year in February 2025.
The Prime Minister also requested to allocate local budgets and increase socialized resources to build enough schools and classrooms and ensure quality so that all students of universal education age can go to school, reducing pressure on enrollment, especially in big cities, industrial zones, and densely populated areas...
Regarding the management of extra teaching and learning, the Prime Minister requested the People's Committees of provinces and cities to direct general education institutions in the area to strictly implement regulations on extra teaching and learning and strictly handle violations of regulations. At the same time, direct the replication of collective and individual examples of dedication and devotion to students. The Prime Minister requested the People's Committees of provinces and cities to provide appropriate financial support to schools to contribute to improving the quality of education.
