Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy presents decisions on appointing officials
In Decision No. 2968/QD-BVHTTDL, Mr. Phung Huy Cuong, Deputy Director of the National Culture Publishing House Company Limited and Director of the Center for Publishing Culture, Information and Music, was appointed for a term of 5 years as Chairman of the Board of Members and Director, Editor-in-Chief of the National Culture Publishing House Company Limited.
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism also signed Decision No. 2969/QD-BVHTTDL, appointing Mr. Hoang Ha, Acting Editor-in-Chief of the Culture and Arts Magazine, for a term of 5 years to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of the Culture and Arts Magazine.
The decisions take effect from October 15, 2023.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy affirmed that the appointment of officials is a regular task, seriously implemented by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in accordance with current regulations related to the work of organizing officials; ensuring democracy, objectivity, transparency and impartiality. The officials appointed this time are all qualified, have many years of work experience, and are evaluated by the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as having completed well the previously assigned tasks.
According to the Deputy Minister, the appointment is always carried out by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the goal of building a team of civil servants and public employees, especially leaders and managers, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige. The fact that the comrades were appointed from their own units shows that the Party Committee of the Ministry always pays attention to the training and development of cadres.
Congratulating the appointed comrades, the Deputy Minister hopes that in their new positions, the appointed officials will continue to build internal solidarity with the units; demonstrate innovative thinking, dare to think, dare to do, join hands, and uphold the responsibility of the leader to complete all assigned tasks well; and not let mistakes happen.
Acting Editor-in-Chief of Culture and Arts Magazine Hoang Ha represented the appointed officials to give a speech accepting the assignment.

Mr. Ha said that each officer is aware of the great responsibility when accepting the task of being the head of the unit.
