Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee has issued Decision No. 653/QD-UBND on the recovery of 3,557m2 of land (plot N02) in Decision No. 2275/QD-UBND dated March 26, 2013 of the City People's Committee; assigned to Hanoi Land Fund Development Center to manage and propose exploitation plans according to regulations.
Accordingly, the City People's Committee has allowed the use of 3,557m2 of land of Hung Viet Trading Joint Stock Company belonging to the 20% land fund of the Golden - Land Building Trade - Service Center and Housing project at 275 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District; to implement the investment project to build housing for civil servants and public employees of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in Decision No. 2275/QD-UBND dated March 26, 2013.
Reason for revocation: Pursuant to Inspection Conclusion No. 359/KL-TTCP dated September 27, 2024 of the Government Inspectorate on the change of land use purpose from production and business land to land business and housing construction in the period 2011-2019 of State-owned enterprises and equitized enterprises.
The recovered land area is assigned to the Hanoi Land Fund Development Center for management and proposed exploitation plans according to regulations.
* Hanoi People's Committee also issued Decision No. 652/QD-UBND on land use extension when the land use term expires. Accordingly, a total of 1,319.6 square meters of land inside and outside the red line at No. 152 Le Duan, Kham Thien Ward, Dong Da District will be adjusted.
At the same time, extend the term for Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company 1 for 1,319.6m2 of land at 152 Le Duan, Dong Da District. Land lease form: The State leases land and collects annual land rent. Purpose of use: as an office.
