Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee has issued Decision No. 635/QD-UBND on approving the route plan and location of the construction project of Inter-regional Road 5 (section from Provincial Road 422 to Kim Chung - Di Trach Road), Hoai Duc District, scale 1/500.
The route has a total length of about 740m; the route passes through Kim Chung and Duc Giang communes, Hoai Duc district. The starting point (point 1) is at the intersection with the existing Provincial Road 422; the end point (point 2) is at the intersection with the existing Kim Chung - Di Trach route.
This is an urban road, an inter-regional road. The road has a cross-section of 30m wide, in which the roadway on both sides is 2x7.5m=15m wide, the central median strip is 5m wide and the sidewalks on both sides are 2x5m=10m wide.
The planned road centerline passing through points 1 and 2 is determined by coordinates, combined with technical parameters and control factors, shown directly on the drawing. The red line of the route is determined based on the planned road centerline, road cross-section scale and technical parameters and control factors shown directly on the drawing.
The intersections between the route and existing level crossings and planned level crossings are organized according to the approved plan. The City People's Committee assigns the Department of Planning and Architecture to check and confirm the route plan documents and construction location of the route according to the approval decision of the City People's Committee; Responsible for the accuracy of the submitted documents.
Assign the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture and relevant agencies to organize the public announcement and handover of the route plan and construction location documents approved by the City People's Committee to the People's Committees of Kim Chung and Duc Giang communes; agencies, organizations and individuals to know.
