In the document guiding university and college admissions for Preschool Education, the Ministry of Education and Training noted that registration of admission wishes for groups of majors, majors or training programs must be done online on the system or on the national public service portal.
Candidates' wishes for admission to training institutions are ranked from 1 to the end, wish 1 is the highest wish. When registering, candidates fill in the order of wishes, school code, school name, group code, group name...
All admission requests of candidates to training institutions are processed on the system and each candidate is only admitted to the highest request among the registered requests when ensuring the admission conditions.
For candidates who have completed the application to the training institution according to the early admission plan of that institution, if they meet the admission requirements, candidates need to continue to register their admission wishes on the system to be considered for admission according to regulations.
From July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
For candidates who are eligible for regional and target priority policies, candidates need to coordinate with reception points to review information on the candidate's regional and target priority policies (if any).
For candidates who are admitted directly according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from July 5 to 5:00 p.m. on August 15, candidates can confirm their admission on the system. Candidates who have confirmed their admission will not be allowed to register for the next admission, unless the principal or director of the training institution does not allow admission.
In case of not confirming admission, candidates can continue to register their admission wishes on the system or national public service portal like other candidates. If admitted, candidates will confirm admission according to the general schedule.
Before 5:00 p.m. on September 6, all admitted candidates must complete the first round of online admission confirmation on the system.
From September 7 to December 2023, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds can follow the admission plan posted on the training institution's admission information page.
