Not only that, did you know that your 2 kidneys also benefit when you drink coffee every day, according to the health news site Health Digest.

Coffee lovers have more good news.
Lots of scientific evidence
A 2022 study published in the research journal Frontiers in Nutrition analyzed the association between caffeine consumption and kidney stone risk in more than 30,000 participants with a history of kidney stones.
Results showed that caffeine consumption reduced the risk of developing kidney stones, especially in women.
In particular, coffee has been found to have a greater effect in reducing the risk of kidney stones than other caffeinated foods and beverages.
A previous 2014 study published in the biomedical journal The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition also showed similar results: Caffeine consumption reduced the risk of kidney stones.
The team analyzed data from three different trials.
For the first study called the Health Professionals Follow-up Study (HPFS) of Harvard University (USA) including more than 51,000 male health professionals aged 40 to 75 years old, the results showed that those who consumed a lot of caffeine had a 26% lower risk of kidney stones.
High caffeine consumption reduces the risk of developing kidney stones by up to 31%
In a second study called the Nurses' Health Study I of the National Institutes of Health, which included more than 121,000 female nurses between the ages of 30 and 55, results showed that those who consumed more caffeine had a 29% reduction in kidney stones.
And in a follow-up study called the Nurses' Health Study II of the National Institutes of Health, which included 116,429 female nurses aged 25 to 42, the results found that consuming more caffeine reduced the risk of developing kidney stones by up to 31%, according to Health Digest.
Researchers believe that caffeine is the main factor contributing to this effect.
According to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), you should not consume more than 400 milligrams of caffeine per day - equivalent to about 4 cups of coffee. That means it's best to drink 2 - 3 cups of coffee per day.
