Diet and self-care
Dr. Ash follows an anti-inflammatory Mediterranean diet and intermittent fasting (12 hours). She recommends personalizing this approach. In the morning, she drinks green tea, in the afternoon, matcha tea with collagen and colostrum (provides polyphenols, good for skin, joints, immunity, digestion).
She maintains the habit of sunbathing early in the morning and taking contrast baths (hot - cold) to reduce pain, increase immunity, and improve circulation.
