Implementing the project of rearranging agencies under the City Party Committee, Ha Giang city has so far completed the merger. After the merger is stable, civil servants can confidently perform their assigned tasks. For agencies under the City People's Committee, 8 specialized departments will be rearranged, with 53 civil servants affected, including 8 heads, 15 deputies and 32 civil servants. For special associations, 3 associations of Learning Promotion, Oriental Medicine and the Elderly will be merged into 1. Up to now, 8 civil servants have applied for early retirement according to Decree 178 of the Government.

At the conference, civil servants of agencies and units expressed their agreement and support for the Party and State's guidelines and policies in streamlining and organizing the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently. At the same time, they hoped that the City would request the province to provide specific instructions on procedures and regulations for comrades to apply for leave under the 178 regime. In the process of reviewing according to Decree 178, it is necessary to apply it flexibly and flexibly, responding to the individual wishes of each case.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Chung Thi Chien praised the spirit of sympathy and consensus with the Party and State's policies of civil servants, public employees and workers at the agencies implementing the arrangement and merger.
